Your fairy-tale FAQs.
How do I place an order?
Add your lashes to your bag and select Send email inquiry. Enter your name, email and US delivery ZIP code. You can also contact us by text or WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, shipping and your final total before you pay through Zelle or PayPal. Submitting an inquiry sends your details to DanDan Lashes; it does not confirm an order. No payment is collected on this website.
When will my lashes arrive?
We ship from Massachusetts (MA) to US addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Shipping is quoted after you share your US delivery address or ZIP code, and confirmed with your total before payment.
What about returns and lash care?
Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund. After dispatch, only unopened packages are eligible for a partial refund; the amount and any return arrangements must be confirmed with us before payment. Contact us by text or WhatsApp about a return or an issue with your order. Adhesive is not included unless the product listing specifically says so.
How is my information used?
Your name, email, selected products and notes are stored by our form provider, Netlify, and emailed to DanDan Lashes to respond to your inquiry and fulfill confirmed orders. Your bag is saved on your device. Please do not submit payment card details.
